Blackberry repair in richmond?
My phone is functional but sadly all I'm seeing is a white screen. The warranty for my phone ran out on the 4th, and I want to see if it's cheaper to repair it. Anyone know somewhere in Richmond I can take this?
It's for a 9700. |
JP cellular repaired my gf's 9700. Fast and easy to deal with, they are on rs too.

id post/search on crackberry.com too i'm sure you'll find solutions on the forums.
a quick OS flash should solve it usually. |
that was quick. And the OS flash didn't work.
|
did they find out what the problem was?
|
Probably a ribbon or cable.

$245? Did you mention RS? They give you a discount on repairs if you do.
|
I did, and no.
I should have just bought geeknerd's 9800 |
wow thats a lot to pay for repairs. i think a brand new LCD screen would only cost like 80 to low hundred.
|
Yeah, for $245 you could've just sold it for parts and bought a new phone :lol
|
Yeah , theres another guy in the same plaza that only charges $100. A LCD on eBay is only $80.
|
Ya I'm never going back to JP.
