WTB: working non smart phone for Rogers
 

Hi there

I have a friend who is not using her cell phone that much. She finished her contract with Rogers lately but she wants to get a reliable cell phone for hooking up her cheap phone plan. Any ones have someone to sell. Budget is below $ 200. She does n't need a smart phone because she has no data plan.

Please help her out.
