Telus Business User Site
 

Okay I need to reset my email password but the site they referred me to for business account changes sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. Can RS help me out since the telus reps have no clue in what im telling them. Below is the site they told me to go. The farthest ive gone is to log into my account but when i choose to reset the password the connection to the site fails.
