WTB: Lip/Side skirts 96-00 Civic

Looking for a Greddy Front Lip for EK Civic, was told I need to look for 96-98 but Greddy's website only shows 99-00.
Lip is going to be put on an 00 EL, I've seen several around Vancouver with the lip so I don't know which they have on.

Also looking for side skirts, for 96-00 Civic 4-door, preferably Wingswest RS but willing to look at others.
