Well, maybe not. A Chinese man going by the name of "Mr Zhang" was caught on surveillance camera driving a pair of bumper cars on a busy city road in the Taizhou, Zhejiang Province of China. And if you're thinking that the bumper cars were somehow daisy-chained together, think again. Mr Zhang can clearly be seen straddling the two cars with one foot on each gas pedal and one hand on each wheel. Remarkable – some people can't even walk and chew gum at the same time.

The police eventually caught up to the bumper bandit, but since there were no specific laws saying that you couldn't ride two bumper cars simultaneously, the gentleman was reportedly let off with a warning. Wait, wait, they let him go because there's no law that says he can't drive two bumper cars down the road simultaneously. What about a law that says you can't drive a mother fuckin bumper car on public roads!
