HK Style Portugeuse Chicken on Rice (Looking for recipe)
Anyone have a good recipe for this? What little bits I can find online...don't "look" that great from pictures.

Buy a bottle of Lee Kum Kee and a can of coconut milk. Add chicken, onions, bell peppers
