Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 help
does anyone know how to get the preview screen to show?

Looks like the layer you're using the filter on is blank...
Try selecting the other layer and doing whatever you're trying to do. |
figured it out... in my layer box i had to right click and select rasterize vector mask
never had to do this in photoshop 7.0 |
