Wireless Bridge for VOIP

I am currently running a Linksys WRT54GL with DD-WRT and is looking at getting an additional router to create a wireless bridge for VOIP.

Do I need to get a WRT54GL and flash it with DD-WRT to create a wireless bridge? or can I get any linux router to create a wireless bridge? Advice and recommendation needed.

TIA!

Pretty much any other router with DD-WRT will work as a client bridge, but if you get another Broadcom-based router, you'll be able to set them up as WDS (Wireless Distribution System), which will allow the second router to act as a repeater as well, and just generally be less troublesome.
