Damn everything for the london 2012 olympics screams ugly. I thought I would get used to the logo but it is still shitty in my eyes.

I even hate their mascots:

lol that's only cuz china set the bar too high. london's olympic games will be a disappointment to most since people will compare them with china.

everything about beijing 2008 was top notch and original; the buildings, facilities, the ceremonies (pretty epic opening), etc...it was pretty much like the country was out to prove a point

I like it. Reminds me of a traditional medieval torch, which is suitable for London. I am sure once lit, it will look decent.
