Restaurant with best view
What are some good restaurants downtown with an awesome view?
|
While not "good" by some peoples standards, The Boathouse, Milestones, and what used to be the Pacific Crab Company have great views of English Bay. There's also Cloud 9 but...good? Not really. :D

The Grouse Nest - Though it's now called the Obervatory - at the top of Grouse Mountain. If you call to make a reso be sure and ask for a window.
|
Fraiche - This is in West Vancouver but the view of downtown from there is pretty cool.

If you really wanna go up there, go there between lunch and dinner time. Go up and have a coffee or beer. Coffee has free refills. Will cost less than a ticket to the observatory. You can walk around and check out the view of Vancouver. |
The patio at Mahony & Sons Public House at the new Convention Centre gives you amazing views of the North Shore mountains and Stanley Park. Pretty decent food too.
