Do you have any clue what kind of damage happened for it to have that title?

according to the 2nd owner, the 1st owner dropped it and damaged the fairings. i guess the fairings was expensive enough to give the bike a rebuilt status.

its weird how it has blue wheels on the front and black wheels on rear, im thinking a total front redone? including forks?
