I know that Pho Thai Hoa has it.

It is on Kingsway and King Edward. Right across from Famous Foods.

Richmond location probably has it too. Capstan way beside Janice Cake shop.

Just checked out their menu on urbanspoon. They also have bo luc lac so I'll definitely be checking this place out. Thx!
