I get why there's a no chatting rule.

Yes, some cars look really cool, some parts are baller, I wish I could afford it blah, blah, blah...useless info and bumps.

My question applies to adding or asking for pertinent information about an item. Can I post within the thread or do you want it reported or asked via PM? Keep in mind, I might not necessarily be interested in the item but only wish to help the seller/potential buyers by adding info if the OP is incomplete or incorrect.

we're asking that all questions/comments are directed to PM instead of bumping the thread :)

My personal opinion only but this puts more responsibility in the hands of the seller and buyer to ask questions.
