Is it too late for Canada to develop a national costume?

All over the world different countries have their own traditional dresses, whereas a country like Canada doesn't.

I have seen Miss Canada in the Miss world and Miss universe pagaents and they don't have anything that sticks out!

Is it too late for Canada to develop a national costume? What do you think?
