Basically its a complete system for a first generation tsx. This also works on other cars, you just need to purchase the proper fit kit for your application.
The kit includes the feet, load bars, 6 locks, and fairing. I paid over 500+tax for this kit. It can be yours for 400.

Im selling it because i have a pathfinder with a factory roof rack.
