Cops section off 3rd last night

Anyone know what happened last night on 3rd and Westminister last night? Cops had the area closed off for quite some time.

saw it on twitter b4 i headed out to EB to pick up finalfantasy
had to avoid it

I was eating at the one last night (beside Moores) and saw all the cop cars~ Pretty scary :(
