WTB Feeler Motherboard Combo

Looking for a later model Asus or Gigabyte Motherboard, for AMD AM3 socket. I would be interested in a combo with CPU and ram. I could be interested in an Intel combo as well. Intel boards are ok. Let me know what you have.
