Keyboard Problem
My keyboard randomly disconnects and won't go on until I disconnect the usb and reconnect.
Faulty keyboard or mobo? I switched usb slots and issue still occurs. Keyboard is like 8 years old btw |
Time for new keyboard :)
If your other USB slots are working fine , it could be the keyboard. If you plug in other usb devices into the keyboard slot , would it disconnect ? |
did you clean off the keyboard after you "watched" your porn? could be the reason!:)

Find the usb controller your keyboard uses inside of Device Manager then right click > Properties > Power Management and make sure "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is unchecked.

Try the keyboard on another computer. If it still disconnects, you have your definitive answer.
