As Promised, the video...

It was actually a 4 car pile up.. not 3 cars..
1 Acura EL, 1 Toyota Sienna, not sure what the blue and white car is...

Couldn't agree more. Ever since they opened this on ramp there's been a steady bottle neck after crossing the Alex Fraser bridge and annacis.
