Anyone know of Halls to rent for a wedding reception?
My friend is getting married next year, she wants a hall where the catering and decorations are NOT a part of the package.
Essentially she just wants a bare hall to rent to suit what she has planned. Any suggestions? Posted via RS Mobile |

Was recently at a wedding at Performance Works on Granville Island.
Bride and groom hired their own catering company, bartenders, DJs and were allowed to setup their own decorations. |
Which hall is it? Did you have a specific one in mind?

These halls are used quite often for weddings:

Some churches may do that as well.
