Steam freezes on startup?
 

ok mt Steam loads to my game list and the advertising popup window, then freezes.

at that point nothing works and i cant even use task manager to shut it down?

i tried repairing and nothing.

do i have to uninstall and reinstall? i don't wanna lose my game saves.

fuck it. no time to troubleshoot. restored a backup ISO.
