a better PC for Internet Surfing

I would like to replace a better PC for my parents. They are currently using AMD Sempron 1.87 GHZ with 1.87 GB RAM with XP. Prefer to be a Windows XP SP3 PC with DVD burner and a nic card. Please PM your offers. |
