I was thinking the same thing!

I would so get this car over the S and 7 but the deprecation on this car is epic.

Totally agree. I'd wait two years after it comes out and snatch it for 1/2 the price.

I'm waiting for a 2012 XFR to be affordable. Shouldn't be too long from now. :fullofwin:

Right up to the C-Pillar, I like it. Anything past that point, however, makes me :heckno:

The thing that sort of kills it for me is the rear; the exhaust tips look awful. The opening needs to be larger and have have tips similar to the RR Ghost/S class/7 series.

It is a supercharged V8 not a V12. Jag hasn't made a V12 for nearly 20 years.

Looks kind of boring. I guess they're aiming for an older crowd.

where the hell are you getting V12 from?

Not nearly as pretty as the older XJ..still undecided on the current model. Clunky and awkward.

danggg.. thought it'd be a V12... would be pretty cool if it was a twin turbo V12...

they have a very nice depreciation rate....

4 year old XF is less than half price of brand new... pretty sure the XJ should be same, if not worse.. flagship cars get hit pretty hard in depreciation

the only thing that lured me into this thread was the V12 in the topic..
and that turned out to be a lie.
