Call forwarding
I was just wondering if there's a way to forward only a specific number to another phone?
It would be on a nexus 4. |
What rom?
Assuming ur using CM, tap the "dialer" app, tap "menu button", tap "settings", then it should list call forwarding. |
You mean only call forward when a specific number calls you? No. Call forwarding is a carrier related function. Your phone only tells them to turn it on or off and which number to forward to.

use a call block app.
add the number to a blacklist and set what you want it to do. not sure if it has the ability to forward it to a certain number though. its usually send it to vm or hang up the call. |
Damn, doesn't seem like this is possible.
I was hoping to be able to do this cause right now our door buzzer goes to my roommate's cell and I was hoping he'd be able to forward it to mine when he's not home. |
Let your building manager know to change the number?!??!?!?

I had the same problem too. I wanted to call forward only my apt buzzer to my gf's phone so that if I didn't pickup, so she could let herself in. I ended up just getting another access fob but here's what you can do.
- Signup for a free VOIP number at Free Mobile Long Distance Calling and Text ? Start Using Fongo to Call and Text Free Across Canada - Have your apt buzzer mapped to this number - Setup call forwarding on your Fongo number; either simultaneous so both you and your roommate's phones ring together, or sequential so his rings first then yours |
