I have a set of 18" VSR wheels with Kumho Ecsta AST tires (225/40/18) mounted.

Tires have 95% life left (they were installed for 2 weeks before I sold my car with their original wheels). The wheels and tires are in perfect condition - absolutely no road rash whatsoever, as I say, they were installed for 2 weeks only.

Wheels come with a set of lug nuts and hub rings (hub rings for a 2006 Honda Civic Si)
