Pretty messed up. Sad to see this kind of stuff still exists in todays world, especially in a city as diverse as Vancouver.

The dude looks like he is drunk or not in his right mind. I hope that's the case as I'd like to think there is not that much hate in this city ...maybe I'm just naive.

Carlos Condit there does not appear to be a top notch representation of our society.
