What happened to these? I haven't seen them on store shelves for about a year now. Checked H-mart, T&T, Kim's Mart, Superstore, etc. No one is carrying these.

Been there done that. Tried searching for it with no luck. Even asked a few random junk food honger stores and they didn't even realize they were gone lol. Only rumour I heard was it was now a banned item but who knows.

Are you just making an assumption because it's a Korean brand or have you actually seen it there recently. This chip disapeared about 1 year + ago and neither Chinese and Korean places have it. I would love to be proven wrong. Also if you can't read, the OP already went to 2 Korean places. You high?

my sister went crazy and looked for them, apparently they are discontinued, but apparently you can still get them in korea??? or like get them on ebay for a ridiculous price.

Man I remember buying my last bag a couple years ago... so tasty.
I hope they bring it back or someone finds a store that imports them.

It's only discontinued in North America. They still produce it in South Korea. :(

Lol i managed to score a whole box of this stuff shortly after it was discontinued 1-2 years ago thanks to a fellow RS member :fullofwin:

I think they stopped because due to health related that it uses butter to fry or something..? But it didn't pass some sort of related health test by Canadian customs.

Yeah, the cuttle fish snacks don't meet the CFIA(Canadian Food Inspection Agency) standards. I spoke with a Korean wholesaler, salesman and he said it was the colour additives.. Either that or its the fish/animal extract used in the snacks.

The CFIA has been cracking down hard in recent years on imported products containing beef, chicken, pork, fish, etc.
