Heroes of the Storm
Hmmm seems like League of legends
same style/concept of gameplay with WoW chars.
^It's with the whole Blizzard line, not just WoW.
it's going to be an easy money grab game from blizzard.
yeah but it's free to play.
it'll be an easy money grab only if you feed your impulsive need to buy a new skin or unlock a new character the easy way. |
I can't wait to play! I always wanted to play LoL and didn't because it took too long per game.... Even ARAM is too long...
People are streaming it on Twitch.tv now. I caught something about you having 1 starting hero, and having to "buy" additional ones? Not sure though
I think it is in friends/family invite beta right now? I really hope I get into the beta...
Wish I could get into the beta too. Looks like fun
Looks cool, ill def check it out if its F2P.
I hope they follow Icefrogs philosophy of free all heroes. And i hope icefrog is in change of balancing, especially since dota started from WCengine. Blizzard betta pay that man a big ass fat chunk percentage of skin sales. |
My buddy is in the Alpha/Beta whatever you want to call it, I'll have to watch him stream. He got in through his other friend who works at Blizzard.
Seems like other chars you have to buy....
I met Hafu many years ago and played a few events against her at Blizzcon and she is streaming it now :( |
buy? can you unlock them through achievements?
[I think] It will be sort of like League of Legends where they have X free champions a week, and you have to buy champions if you want to keep them. I am assuming you get some gold after each game and maybe be able to buy it? It is still in beta so you never know...
hopefully it's like hearthstone... u can either earn coins slowly or straight out use real money.
