Can I get instant alerts on Instagram?
 
I want to get instant alerts on Instagram.

Livestock Canada drops their shoes in store and they sell out almost instantly. Is there a way to get text or push notifications on my phone real time? I don't want to refresh their site every 15 minutes...

I figured out Twitter but I can't figure out Instagram.
