Help with furnace blower
 

I had a service done on my furnace this spring and the tech increased the blower fan speed in the process. I didn't use it through summer but now that it's being used regularly again, the increase in fan speed is also causing more noise. I'd like to decrease it to a moderate speed, thus decreasing the noise.
Yes I realize this may decrease the system's efficiency but the noise it's producing is getting really annoying.

From what the tech told me, it's just a matter of reconfiguring the wiring.
