if i reformat my computer, my msi motherboard driver will automatically install with the killer network right?

Depends on its network chipset, and if the version of Windows you're installing has drivers for it. Posting your mobo model may help us to help you.

Just download the drivers off the site.

Yeah.. you'll need to have those drivers handy. You may as well get the rest of the drivers from their support site, too.

I doubt any version of Windows will have a driver for Killer Network. Windows has drivers for common hardware. I suspect this is not common.

You should always download all the drivers because they are more likely to be the latest ones.
