I have a live online training session that I want to record to review again later.

Are there any recommendations for screen capturing software to record it?

But, I am looking to hear some recommendations.

I use Open Broadcast Software and you can set it to capture your monitor. Instead of streaming you can just write to a file. https://obsproject.com/

I've been using CamStudio for years... record the whole screen, one window, or an area you define; stream and/or record, with or without mic, with or without audio from a file... free, too.

By "Live Online Training Session" I assume you mean "Naked Girl on Webcam" and by "Review" I assume you mean "Watch on repeat"... :troll:
