Cannot use custom avatar
It has been years and still not sure why I can't use custom avatar?

If you are trying to add that gif as your avatar, it won't work. Only mods and above can set gif avatars for people.
You should however be able to upload a standard picture of your choice, within the sizing limits of course. |
