Solution for slippery staircase with laminate flooring
 
Anyone has experiences dealing with slippery laminate flooring on staircase? Hoping to find a solution that's least time-consuming.

It looks like those non-slip tape is the easiest solution, but just wanna see if anyone has any other ideas out there.
