A video card with display port and HDMI

Hi there

I am currently using a GTX 460 but my card only comes with 2 DVI ports and looking for a better video card with display port and HDMI and support at least 2560 X 1440 or higher. My PSW is only 650W.

Please kindly shed me some light.
