Tuned to produce 780 horsepower at 8500 rpm and 560 foot pounds of torque at 6000 rpm, Apollo's 6.3 V12 is a variety of the Ferrari F12's engine, with new software, plus a custom intake and exhaust system developed by Autotecnica Motori in Italy. It revs to 9000, while the tach goes to 11.

The V12 uses a paddle-shift operated Hewland 6-speed race gearbox.

I've always wondered about cars like this, let's say I bought this and get it dirty, how the f do I wash it with all the holes and exposed components

Probably a death trap lol.

You don't wash your own car you hire someone/team to detail your car with a q-tip.

If it's not street legal I don't think crash testing has to be done. Also, they can now do crash test simulations on a computer.

If your car is worth millions spending 10 to 15 thousand or more to detail it is not a big deal.
