I think the fact that it took a month to discover this shows that there are some serious quality control issues.
What about the people that had already consumed the meat and now found out they
could have gotten seriously sick? If I was in that position I'd personally be feeling a little angry.
Saying "Oh well, no one's gotten sick (yet), it's no big deal" is kind of the wrong attitude.
