Even the retards know the faster you go, you long it takes you to stop. Using the same logic, maybe we should reduce the limit from 50km/h to 40km/h? but then, 30km/h is actually safer than 40km/h. What about 20km/h or maybe even 10km/h? They are definitely much safer and I am sure that would reduce the number of death and injury from car accident.
