credit unions must reimburse within 10 days.
you need to fill out paperwork to claim the lost money first, so if you didn't do this yet, then this step needs to be completed. FI's are covered by insurance companies, they aren't reluctant to pay back customers at all.
you don't need to come into the bank and yell like a douche. if you send angry, immature emails to csrs, you will get laughed at.
