How do you guys manage your employees? How can you be sure they are not stealing money? What SOP's do you guys use?
Also, the place I am looking @ says they make $1000+ in lotto per month, I forgot to ask them to clarify. Do you think that means thats their profit from lotto or just gross sales? Thanks!
