I personally took my lens to Camtex and thought it was pretty shady/rip. They wanted to charge 25$ as an estimate fee. He looked at the lens and said "I'll see what I can do" and I was like "oh okay sounds good when will it be done?" and hes like "25$ now and I'll see if I can get it fixed". Uhh no thanks, it was just the filter ring that was loose and I didnt know how to tighten the screws. Went to VanCam and their service was great. Fixed it in 2 days no bs and no estimate fee.
