I have no idea what happened....Honestly.
But not only was it not you in the accident, you weren't even there. Just leave it be. This thread is not affecting the outcome of what icbc says.
Edit: And why would you have more credibilty than the OP?She was actually there... Why would she want a witness, if she was at fault???
