I was kind of shocked that that could even happen but I didn't do anything partly because I know that he's blind and its not totally his fault. And also because my front bumper is old anyway and the bottom looks sand blasted because or rocks and its lowness. Blind guy left a tiny nick in the bumper that I just touched up.
Next time I see one of those people crossing the street I'll keep and eye on them and if they get close to my car I'm gonna honk my horn like there's no tomorrow. So keep an eye out for them.
