This one, Leatherman Skeletool Multi-tool - Mountain Equipment Co-op. Free Shipping Available . $54 vs $84 for the CX. That's quite a difference.
The regular Skeletool uses a 420HC type of steel compared to the CX's 154CM steel. A 154CM blade is made of a harder, tougher material and is more corrosion resistant than 420HC. It will also hold it's edge 2-4 times longer than a 420 blade. Without a doubt the Skeletool CX has a superior blade (and while it originally only came with a serrated combo blade, so far as I know the CX is now only offered with the straight blade) however depending on your potential uses for it having the serrated edge can be more beneficial.

jasonturbo - Threesomes: overrated - I didn't really think it was anything special, plus it was degrading, marching to the bathroom to fart all that semen out
Babykiller - And next to that, there's a little dot called a period. It's not the stuff you eat out of your sisters gash, it's a handy little tool for breaking up sentences so they don't look like nonsensical retard garbage.
