I was on a walk last week on a side street in Bby. As I walk by a house a little shitzu comes barking and charging but stops at the sidewalk as there owner called them back. BUT they had a boxer tied up and he came charging and kept pulling on his rope. (he was tied up ) The mother said nothing the lazy girl beside the dog said nothing and the 7 year old boy tried pulling him back. This dog looked crazed and ready to attack his eyes bugged out and kept choking himself on the rope. My lab just stopped looked up at me like " I didnt do anything " . I just stood there and gave the dog a dirty look hoping the owners would quite him but they didnt. If that dog got loose I was prepared to boot it hard. I like all dogs but I like mine best. Dumb people, if mine barks I tend to him asap and make him stop.
