I've been using the exact one pictured in my office for the past 2.5 years and I can tell you that both myself and a lot of my coworkers don't like it. All of our complaints with this specific model is the back rest part is too hard. With that said, some people enjoy it though so to each their own. There are quite a few options in terms of how you want to adjust it which is nice but otherwise Id go with a different model.
