Uh, build one your self?
4x4's in each corner, put siding up and insulate the inside, and make a roof. Put what ever you want as a base.
Just make sure you get treated wood so it doesn't rot out.
My dad built one when I was little and it lasted our Rottweiler about 9-10 years till she passed
