Thanks OP! Called 4 times, finally got on hold. Advised the CSR about the text, she did her verification, etc, etc, and asked me if I was looking to make adjustments on my account and I said no, and she said it's all done and will be adjusted on my next bill.
My plan expires Feb 2013, regular voice/data plan ~$50 after taxes. Though I asked for a confirmation number of the transaction, she didn't give me one..
