CONFIRMED! You guys who say the number is discontinued are probably just lazy
1)After the line says it is discontinued, just call the number that they told you to call to reach them. I think it was 1-888-764-3771. Press (5)? for Sales and someone will get to you.
2)Tell them about the text you received about the free month credit and they will refer you to a customer service representative
3)The person I talked to was Sean, he was really nice and all he asked for was my postal code, the text which I "received" the promo from which is
4735. After this, he said that it is confirmed and I just needed to wait a couple minutes for them to put it on my account.
I think I was quite lucky. Took a while but it was worth it. Good luck everyone
