I would love to see this, more then once I've had to slam on the brakes for someone who's on their phone/ipod/mp3 and just blatantly walks into the street thinking.. "I'm a fucking boss. Everyone will stop for me."

I thought there was a 3 strikes your out kind of rule (don't quote me on it..) but if you get so many tickets, police arrest them and then we pay to give them 3 meals a day, a shelter and healthcare...
